Paladin Envirotech is a secure technology-lifecycle and critical-materials recovery company helping organizations of all sizes retire end-of-life technology safely, compliantly and at scale. IT asset disposition, certified data destruction, domestic electronics recycling and rare-earth magnet recovery run as one end-to-end operating platform, on proprietary software that tracks, reports and secures the lifecycle of hundreds of thousands of assets. The people who built it have spent their careers in recycling operations, hyperscale asset management, reverse logistics and compliance.
facilities operating under one standard
platform companies, each holding its own certificates
certified site by site, verifiable per entity
Capital Partners, institutional backing for expansion
This industry markets heavily and documents lightly. Everything below is something a customer or auditor can check independently, which is the only standard that matters when the assets are already gone.
R2 and RIOS are issued to a facility and a legal entity, never to a brand. Each acquired company keeps its own certificate until transfer completes, so auditors can verify the exact site handling their assets.
Collection, destruction, processing and recovery happen inside the platform. Nothing is handed to a downstream reseller whose controls we cannot show you.
A proprietary chain-of-custody system records assets at serial level and produces certificates and settlement reporting by default, rather than reconstructing history on request.
“At Paladin EnviroTech, we support organizations where data security, compliance, and material recovery are critical to their mission!”
The team spans recycling operations, hyperscale and data-center asset management, remarketing, reverse logistics, compliance and critical-materials policy. Every function that touches a customer's assets has an owner on this list.
REcapture is a joint venture between Paladin EnviroTech and Critical Materials Recycling. Each acquired company keeps its own certificate and legal identity until integration completes.
Scope matters as much as the certificate. Activities at non-certified facilities, such as transfer, storage or consolidation, are managed under downstream vendor controls and are stated as outside certification scope.
Responsible Recycling standard for data security, environmental and worker-safety practices in electronics reuse and recycling.
Integrated quality, environmental and health-and-safety management system certification for recycling operations.
Quality, environmental and occupational health-and-safety management systems, held at the sites where they apply.
European standard for the collection, logistics and treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
Media sanitization guidelines governing how data-bearing assets are destroyed and documented at serial level.
SER Capital Partners backs Paladin's expansion and acquisition program, alongside a partnership with Daeheung Recycling in South Korea. The thesis is straightforward: a fragmented, broker-heavy industry consolidates around whoever can prove custody at scale, and the same infrastructure that proves it also recovers the materials the country is short of. Working with hyperscalers, government agencies and enterprises across North America and Europe, Paladin keeps sensitive data protected and high-value materials in circulation.
Investor and partnership enquiriesAcquisitions integrated onto one operating platform rather than run as a holding company
Proprietary chain-of-custody software and certified domestic processing capacity
Hyperscale refresh cycles, wind decommissioning and government asset programs
Rare-earth recovery through REcapture, priced against a supply chain concentrated abroad
